Distribution of degrees and transcripts for 2021 graduates who have been endorsed by the Senate and eligible to graduate (Senate September to December 2021). 

Graduates need to take the steps below to initiate the process of preparing the degree and transcript, as well as posting of the documents.

Verify personal information (Name/IC/Passport) through the student portal.

If the above information (name, IC/passport) needs to be amended, please e-mail a copy IC/Passport to:

Important notice:

  • Name and other details that will be printed on your certificate and academic transcript will be solely based on the information recorded in the Student Portal System.
  • An additional fee of RM520.00 will be imposed on any changes made after 13th January 2022 (since the certificates and transcripts need to be reprinted).

Update postal information related to sending of degree and transcript through the Student Portal System.

Please update your personal information using the following steps in your Student Portal System:

Upload the KPT Graduate Tracer Study verification slip in the student portal.

The degree and academic transcript will only be posted to graduates who complete the survey and upload the evidence in their Student Portal System.

Full payment of all outstanding fees (if any)

It is the policy of the University that a Degree will not be conferred upon any person who has any outstanding amount due to the University. Hence, it is pertinent that all financial matters be settled accordingly and on time.

You will be charged the Graduation Fee of RM110.00 (undergraduate) and RM130.00 (postgraduate), as well as any other related fees displayed in Student Portal System.

Other related matters:

  • The cost of sending documents to international graduates in their respective countries should be borne by the graduates.
  • International graduates who require confirmation of degree and transcript from the relevant ministry or agency for the purpose of recognition of qualifications in their country of origin, must manage the process themselves.

PROCEDURE FOR COMPLETING GRADUATE TRACER STUDY SURVEY & OUTSTANDING DEBTS PAYMENT

TRACER STUDY SURVEY

Here is the summary of required information in the Graduate Tracer Study survey:

  1. It is COMPULSORY for graduates to complete the questionnaire starting from 24 September 2021 to 14 October 2021 (Postgraduate) and 14 November 2021 (Undergraduate).
  2. Go to http://great.mohe.gov.my 
  3. You are required to upload the survey confirmation slip at your portal. Go to Transcript/Pre Graduation Menu => Upload Tracer Study Slip

PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING DEBTS TO UUM BURSARY (IF APPLICABLE)

 It is the policy of the University that a Degree will not be conferred upon any person who has any outstanding amount due to the University. Hence, it is pertinent that all financial matters be settled accordingly and in time.

 

You will be charged the Graduation Fee of RM110.00 (Undergraduate) and RM130.00 (Postgraduate). The fee and any other related fees displayed in the Student Portal System must be settled before 7 October 2021 (Postgraduate) and 7 November 2021 (Undergraduate).

 

Please retain the receipt as proof of payment.

 

Please choose any one of the following methods of payment:

Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (BIMB) Counters

You can choose to pay at any Bank Islam Branch in Malaysia. Complete the Deposit Slip/ Bill Payment Slip with your particulars as shown below.

Online Payment

You can make payment via online using your debit card or credit card, through UUM Online Payment Portal (https://e-com.uum.edu.my)

Select a suitable method of payment and follow the instructions displayed. Select Student Payment and state your purpose of payment.

Auto Teller Machine (ATM)

If you choose to pay at the ATM (any local banks), here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. Insert ATM Card.

  2. Select Language.

  3. Insert Pin Number.

  4. Select Bank Islam.

  5. Select Others.

  6. Select Bill Payment / Yuran IPT.

  7. Insert Identification Number.

  8. Select: HUTANG/YURAN.

  9. Wait for the successful transaction.

  10. Retain the receipt.

Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)

If you choose to pay at the CDM (any local banks), here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. Select Submit Button.

  2. Select Language.

  3. Select Yuran IPT – HUTANG/YURAN.

  4. Insert money.

  5. Wait for the successful transaction.

  6. Retain the receipt.
