MAKLUMAN PENYERAHAN IJAZAH DAN TRANSKRIP
KEPADA GRADUAN SARJANA MUDA TAHUN 2022

 

Para graduan yang dihormati, sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa pihak pengurusan universiti telah bersetuju untuk mengedarkan Ijazah dan transkrip akademik kepada semua graduan sarjana muda tahun 2022.

Graduan Sarjana Muda yang tidak mempunyai tunggakan yuran boleh mengambil ijazah dan transkrip melalui kaedah berikut:

1. Pengambilan secara fizikal oleh graduan atau wakil di lokasi berikut:  
 
  1. Jabatan Hal Ehwal Akademik, Universiti Utara Malaysia, Sintok, Kedah Darul Aman mulai 10 Mei 2023 pada hari dan waktu bekerja. Sekiranya pengambilan melalui wakil, maka wakil perlu mengemukakan borang kebenaran sebagai wakil yang boleh diperoleh di laman sesawang http://hea.uum.edu.my/index.php/muat-turun.

  2. UUM Kampus Kuala Lumpur (Alamat: 41-3, Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz, Kampung Baru, 50300 Kuala Lumpur) pada tarikh di bawah. Walau bagaimanapun, graduan atau wakil perlu membuat janji temu terlebih dahulu dengan mengisi google form melalui pautan https://bit.ly/3NJwkGO. Ijazah dan transkrip akan dibawa ke UUMKL berdasarkan janji temu pada tarikh berkenaan. Pengambilan secara “walk in” tidak akan dipertimbangkan.

2. Kutipan Secara Pos

Graduan perlu menghantar borang kebenaran mengepos Ijazah dan Transkrip Akademik (muat turun borang di http://hea.uum.edu.my/index.php/muat-turun)  berserta sampul pos laju prabayar beralamat sendiri (yang disediakan oleh syarikat perkhidmatan Pos Malaysia Berhad kepada Jabatan Hal Ehwal Akademik mengikut spesifikasi di bawah. Jabatan ini akan menghantar ijazah dan transkrip kepada graduan menggunakan sampul berkenaan berdasarkan alamat yang disediakan oleh graduan pada sampul berkenaan.

Specifications for pre-paid express mail envelopes:

Envelope-size: A4
Weight: 0.5 kg

 

Graduan yang mempunyai tunggakan yuran perlu menjelaskan tunggakan tersebut sebelum dibenarkan mengambil ijazah dan transkrip melalui pautan berikut https://epay.uum.edu.my/home.php.

Graduan yang telah mengambil ijazah dan transkrip asal serta memilih untuk hadir ke Majlis Konvokesyen akan dikenakan deposit untuk peminjaman jubah sebanyak RM300.00. Deposit akan dipulangkan setelah graduan memulangkan jubah dalam keadaan sempurna.

Walau bagaimanapun, sekiranya graduan mempunyai kekangan untuk membuat pembayaran deposit semasa majlis Konvokesyen nanti, graduan boleh memilih untuk mendapatkan salinan ijazah dan transkrip dalam bentuk softcopy dengan menghantar emel permohonan kepada This email address is being protected from spambots. INFORMATION ON THE DISTRIBUTION OF DEGREE AND TRANSCRIPTS TO
BACHELOR’S DEGREE RECEPIENTS OF THE YEAR 2022

 

Dear respected graduands, we are pleased to inform you that the university management has granted permission for the distribution of degrees and academic transcripts for the bachelor's degree graduands of the class of 2022.

Undergraduates with no outstanding fees can retrieve their degree and transcript via the following methods:

1. Physical collection by the graduand or his or her authorised representative at the following locations:  
 
  1. Academic Affairs Department, Universiti Utara Malaysia, Sintok, Kedah Darul Aman, during working days and hours beginning May 10, 2023. If the collection is done through a representative, the representative must submit an authorization form, which may be accessed at http://hea.uum.edu.my/index.php/muat-turun.

  2. UUM Kuala Lumpur Campus (Address: 41-3, Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz, Kampung Baru, 50300 Kuala Lumpur) on the date below. However, graduands must first schedule an appointment by completing the Google form accessible via https://bit.ly/3NJwkGO. On the specified date, the degree and transcript will be delivered to UUMKL based on an appointment. Walk-ins will not be allowed.

2. Collection via mail

Please submit the Authorisation Form for Postage of Degree and Academic Transcript (download the form at http://hea.uum.edu.my/index.php/muat-turun) along with a self-addressed pre-paid express mail envelope (provided by the service provider Pos Malaysia Berhad) to the Academic Affairs Department according to the following instructions. The department will mail the degree and transcript to the address provided by the graduands using the envelope.

Specifications for pre-paid express mail envelopes:

Envelope-size: A4
Weight: 0.5 kg

 

Graduands with outstanding fees must clear the arrears (https://epay.uum.edu.my/home.php) before being allowed to take their degree and transcripts.

Graduands who have received their degrees and original transcripts and opt to attend the Convocation Ceremony will be charged a robe deposit of RM300.00. When the graduand returns the robe in pristine condition, the deposit will be reimbursed.

However, if the graduand has constraints on making the deposit payment during the Convocation Ceremony, he or she may request a softcopy of the degree and transcript by sending an application email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
