Graduands who have verified their attendance shall be charged the Convocation Ceremony fee, as follows:

NOTE:

• No refund will be made for paid graduation ceremony fee if the graduand for any reason cancels or decides not to attend the convocation ceremony.

• The return of the robe deposit shall be paid after the robe has been returned by the graduate no later than one month after the Convocation ceremony is over.
